Lets build an easy kit for those looking to make a radio. The Kanga Products Rooster is a crystal controlled QRP CW radio that operations on 40 meters 7.030 MHz specifically. It has a number of features found in more expensive radio kits but is laid out in such a way a new kit builder should be able to tackle in about an evening.
